Some restaurants use poblano peppers, but we use Anaheim peppers, which have more flavor.
Twice a year we get them from Mexico, and then they get a little PICANTE.
We stuff your peppers to order, coat it in our delicious beer batter, fry it, and finished it with red sauce, cheese, raisins, pecans and sour cream with a side of guacamole.
