Soups & Salads

Any salad may be served in a taco shell or traditional bowl.
Chiles Rellenos

Some restaurants use poblano peppers, but we use Anaheim peppers, which have more flavor.
Twice a year we get them from Mexico, and then they get a little PICANTE.
We stuff your peppers to order, coat it in our delicious beer batter, fry it, and finish it with red sauce, cheese, raisins, pecans and sour cream with a side of guacamole.

Since the Mexicans didn't invent pizza, we called it Rueda.
One more difference - we put the ingredients first, then add the sauce and cheese.
Garnished with sour cream and jalapenos and served with a side of guacamole.

All nachos are made with corn tortilla chips made in our tortilleria, and topped with cheese.
Additional toppings upon request.

Quesadillas are served with a side of sour cream and guacamole.
Three corn quesadillas can be substituted for the full order of flour quesadillas, or two corn quesadillas for a half order.

Fajitas are served with sauteed peppers and onions along with sides of pico de gallo, beans, cheese, guacamole and sour cream, and your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
