Our Sauces Red Sauce - A blend of tomatoes with a hint of Worcestershire, green sauce, and a touch of black pepper. Chile Sauce - A blend of spices with beef delivers a mild taste with just the right hint of heat.
Green Sauce - A blend of green peppers, tomatillo, and chicken stock. Cream Sauce - A cream sauce combined with tomatillo and green peppers.
Chile Con Queso - A combination of peppers sauteed and added to a cheese blend. Tampiquena Sauce - Tomatoes sauteed with onions, green bell peppers, garlic and long green chilies.
